QGA Quantitative Atmospheric Benchtop Gas Analyser for Processmonitoring and R&D Applications

A compact bench-top gas analyser from Hiden Analytical configured for real time, multispecies analysis with wide dynamic range 100 ppB to 100%.

The QGA is especially developed for process monitoring, catalysis studies and fuel cell reaction studies. Thermal analysis TGA-MS coupling,  fermentation process monitoring, gas reaction studies and environmental gas analysis etc.

Multiple Gas and Vapour Analysis up to 300 amu. Gass sample pressure range: 100 mbar to 2 bar absolute, 1 mbar to 30 bar option. 2 m continuous sampling heated capillary inlet. Gas sample flow rate 16 mbarl/min standard, 1 mbarl/min option. < 300 ms response time to changes in gas concentrations. Fast data acquisition: up to 500 measurements per second. Integrated CO analyser option for the analysis of low level CO in the presence of N2 and C02. Soft ionisation for reduced spectral fragmentation and simplified data interpretation. Broad range of sampling accessories available.

QGA and MASsoft Professional Edition Software:

Automated calibration routines for accurate quantitative analysis. Gas/Vapour mass spectral library with intellegent scan features for precis fragmentation pattern recording. Automatic subtraction of spectral overlaps. Multi-stream inlest system options: 8, 16, 20, 40 or 80 way. QGA - load and start an analysis with two clicks.
